We’re looking for a confident, personable Appointment Setter to join an established national commercial cleaning organisation in Norwest.
You’ll speak with prospective business customers, find out about their cleaning needs and book appointments for the Sales Executives to take the conversation further.

The role
Your focus will be generating interest and securing quality appointments for the sales team. This involves cold calling businesses, building rapport and following up when the timing is right.
You’ll be:
Contacting prospective business customers to introduce commercial cleaning services
Asking questions to understand their needs and qualify opportunities
Booking appointments for the Sales Executives
Handling initial questions and objections
Following up with prospects and maintaining accurate CRM records
Researching businesses and coordinating appointments by location
Working towards agreed activity and appointment targets
About you
You could come from telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation or a customer-facing sales role.
You’re comfortable picking up the phone, can keep a conversation moving and understand that not every call will result in an appointment.
We’re looking for:
Clear communication and good listening skills
Confidence initiating conversations with business customers
Persistence and the ability to handle rejection professionally
A reliable approach to daily activity and follow-ups
Good organisation and confidence learning CRM systems
Willingness to learn, take feedback and work towards targets
Experience in outbound calling will be highly regarded. If you bring transferable customer service or sales experience and a clear interest in outbound work, tell us why this move appeals to you.
This position is based onsite in Norwest, Monday to Friday.
