Senior Operations Manager | Port Kennedy | $160k–$180k + Super + Car + Bonus

️ Opportunity: Lead approximately 70 employees across transport, building-material supply, earthworks, recycling, workshop and dispatch operations.

Experience: Bring senior multi-function operations leadership, strong WHS and Chain of Responsibility knowledge, and proven fleet, people and budget management.

Benefits: Earn $160,000–$180,000 base plus super, a fully maintained ute and an opportunity to receive up to a 10% KPI bonus.
