Join Our Team as a Process / Forklift Operator!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations smooth, efficient, and safe while contributing to the production of high-quality steel products.

Responsibilities 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Operate Machinery: Run manufacturing equipment to process raw materials into top-notch steel products.


• Forklift Operations: Safely move materials and products using a counterbalance forklift.


• Safety First: Perform regular safety checks on forklifts and equipment.


• Support the Flow: Load/unload trucks, organize storage areas, and keep production moving.


• Keep Records: Track inventory and material movement with precision.


• Collaborate: Work closely with your team to improve safety, efficiency, and processes.

Qualifications 

Must-Haves:

• Experience operating manufacturing machines and forklifts (Valid LF Ticket Required).


• Familiarity with steel manufacturing or handling heavy industrial materials.


• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety.


• Strong communication skills to follow instructions and work with your team.


• Basic computer skills for recordkeeping.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of steel production processes and safety standards.


• Ability to lift heavy objects safely.


• A mix of independence and teamwork skills.


• Quick thinking and practical problem-solving abilities.

Day-to-Day
