About the role:

Working closely with the Partner, you will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Property acquisitions and disposals.


• Commercial and industrial developments.


• Complex leasing transactions.


• Due diligence and property structuring.


• Development, joint venture and related commercial arrangements.

 The ideal candidate:

• Admitted lawyer with experience in commercial property/real estate.


• Strong drafting, communication and client management skills.


• Commercially minded with the ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy.


• Looking to develop your career within a high-performing national property practice.
