• $120,000-$132,000 + Super

An exciting opportunity for a technically strong Senior Program Accountant to play a key role in a major employee entitlements remediation program within a complex organisation.

You’ll bring together accounting expertise, data analysis and compliance to investigate financial discrepancies, support accurate entitlement calculations and deliver robust, audit-ready reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage program budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.


• Analyse complex financial and payroll data, identifying discrepancies and risks.


• Strengthen financial controls, compliance processes and data integrity.


• Provide clear insights and advice to senior stakeholders.


• Drive process improvements and support audit and remediation activities.

About you:

• CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting membership.


• Strong experience in financial analysis, reconciliations and compliance.


• Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, the Fair Work Act and employee entitlements.


• Advanced analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.


• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
