Joining a dynamic, vibrant and customer focused team you will provide and maintain a high standard of service while ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.  We are seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated person with great customer service skills and food preparation experience to join the team as a Night Manager at The Peppers Manly & Club Wyndham Manly.

How You'll Shine

To actively contribute to the global company vision to put the world on vacation by taking responsibility of all after hour operations for Resort and Reception, including security patrols, public area cleaning, front office tasks and after hour owner requests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overnight operations of the front desk
• Provide customer service for guest arrivals, departures and phone enquiries
• Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing during arrival and departure

• Public area cleaning and after hour owner requests

• Follow procedures for cash and security on front desk
• Conducting daily hotel audit including balance of revenue and payments from all hotel outlets
• Reception duties including check-in, check-out.
• Maintaining hotel security and safety

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory role

• Genuine passion for customer service
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards

• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
