Your future role


 


We have an opportunity available for a transformational change leader to join us as our Supply Chain Manager, responsible for our NSW Service/Maintenance operations. These operations are fast-paced, dynamic maintenance facilities, with the primary locations being Rousehill, Lilyfeild, Randwick and Auburn.  This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for leading a team to manage and continuously improve our end-to-end supply chain for this critical part of our organization. Ideally you will be based at Rousehill or Lilyfield, with the expectation to work across both of these sites and ocassionally at Auburn. 


 


We’ll look to you for: 


 



  • Leading, developing and managing teams across multiple locations.

  • Developing a positive team culture that embraces compliance, continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration.

  • Establishing and developing key performance metrics for supply chain.

  • Developing policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety of delivery.

  • Managing inventory supply and forecasting, driving towards best practice inventory planning and management.

  • Managing the relationships and performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

  • Building strong collaborative relationships with key functional areas of the operations.

  • A strategic and analytical thinker, who is IT savvy and proficient with an ERP.

  • Significant experience managing the end-to-end supply chain, ideally within a similar 'heavy industry'.

  • Experience within maintenance operations willl be highly regarded.
