Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical and mental conditions.


• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life.


• Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities.


• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.


• Provide education to patients and their families on managing conditions and maximizing independence.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports.


• Stay abreast of advancements in occupational therapy techniques and technologies.

Essential Qualifications:

• Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.


• Empathy and compassion towards patients.

Desired Experience:

• 5 years of experience in clinical occupational therapy practice.


• Experience working with a diverse range of patients across different age groups.


• Experience in developing and implementing occupational therapy programs.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $74,000 - $98,000 per year (AUD).
