The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Operations Capability & Development Specialist to support the design, governance and continuous improvement of operational training, development and workforce capability across Fremantle Ports. Reporting to the Manager Operations Development, this role plays a key part in establishing and maintaining structured frameworks, systems and processes that enable operational training to be delivered safely, efficiently and consistently.
Working closely with operational leaders, trainers and key stakeholders, you will identify capability needs, coordinate training delivery, analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and compliance outcomes.
