Looking for a role where you can genuinely impact a child’s day — before the school bell rings and after it ends? At MACSEYE, our OSHC programs are all about creating safe, engaging spaces where children can connect, explore, and thrive — and our Coordinators bring this to life every day.

We’re currently seeking a passionate Coordinator to lead our Brighton OSHC service. In this role, you’ll support a small team, foster connections with families, and deliver high-quality, engaging experiences that children look forward to each day.

🕒 Rostered Hours

🌅 Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am

🌇 Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

🗂️ Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week

Your Role

• Create Vibrant Learning Spaces – Foster a safe, welcoming environment where children can explore, play, and grow.

• Lead & Mentor Your Team – Guide, support, and motivate a team of Educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences.

Do you have what it takes?

• A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
• Experience in childcare or early childhood education
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
• Australian work rights
• Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards
