We’re looking for an experienced and confident OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Southern River area and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive.
This is a permanent full-time role offering 38 hours per week, including 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time.
You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:
Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am
Stay and Play: 2:00pm – 6:15pm
As Coordinator, you’ll lead and support a team of Educators, help maintain a safe and high-quality service, and build positive relationships with children, families and the school community
We’re looking for someone who can confidently guide and develop a team, maintain high standards of quality and compliance, and bring structure, consistency and sound decision-making to the service. You’ll also bring fun, creativity and care into each day, ensuring children have meaningful opportunities to learn, connect and enjoy their time with us.
