OSS Consultant

The role will be responsible for delivery on a range of projects for various customers of DeployPartners.

The Role Responsibilities

·         Responsible for system installation, configuration, testing

·         Estimating required project effort and duration

·         Prepare and submit project/weekly reports on work executed

·         Prepare and create clear, concise and professional project documentation

·         Assisting in presales activities, including responding to RFP, RFQ, SOW

Requirements

Experience Required

·         5 years experience in Network & Telecommunications, cloud infrastructure desirable

·         Foundational OSS, Dev ops, Open Shift, Agile

·         Knowledge of telecommunication networks, enterprise software

·         Certified in IBM Tivoli Product Suite including ITNM, ITM, SCAPM, TNPM, TCR, TIP, OMNIbus, Impact, TBSM and Smart Cloud Analytics, Splunk enterprise

·         IBM Dashboard Application Service Hub (DASH)

·         Experience in Cisco Prime Suite

·         ITSM Solutions such as IBM Tivoli, BMC & HP

·         Solid scripting experience (Shell, Perl)

·         Experience with databases

·         Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a good command of English

·         AGSVA Security Clearance highly regarded
