Overnight Guest Experience Attendant

Position Summary: 

• Working full-time overnight shifts 

• Anticipate and deliver on all overnight guest touchpoints 

• In-room dining mis-en place, delivery and tray collection 

• Delivery of various requests to guest rooms  

• Concierge services including porterage and valet parking 

• Other guest experience services to ensure seamless service 

• Supports the Night Manager in maintaining safety, security, and operational excellence. 

About You: 

• Experience with Infrasys and Opera hospitality systems or similar advantageous 

• Relevant experience in a similar role 

• Working rights in Australia 

• Enthusiastic to escalate your career 

• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment 

• Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude 

• Hold a current Victoria Drivers License, with the ability to confidently operate both manual and automatic vehicles, is required
