Para Mortgage Broker

Azura is a mortgage brokerage focused on helping clients make confident lending decisions with clear advice, thoughtful loan structuring, and end to end support from application through settlement and ongoing reviews. We work closely with clients to understand their goals, navigate lender options, and deliver solutions that genuinely fit their circumstances.

In this role, you will own the engine room of the lending process, taking a deal from the broker's recommended structure through to unconditional approval and settlement. You will prepare the application, run serviceability, package documents, and manage every lender touchpoint along the way, building the foundation for your own move into broking.

Responsibilities

• Build compliant loan applications and run serviceability across our lender panel.
• Lodge and manage applications through to unconditional approval and settlement.
• Keep a high volume pipeline accurate and moving, chasing down bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Uphold Azura's six star standard on every file.

• Experience in loan processing or a similar para broking role, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of lender policy and the end to end mortgage process.
• Experience with mortgage broking systems is a plus, including aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
