Whether you're an experienced Parts Interpreter, a diesel mechanic looking to step off the tools, or someone with strong automotive, agricultural or mechanical knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting customers to identify and source the correct truck and trailer parts
• Providing outstanding customer service and technical support
• Processing sales, orders and warranty claims
• Using parts catalogues and systems to find solutions quickly and accurately
• Supporting inventory, warehousing and dispatch activities when required
• Working closely with branch team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Building strong relationships with customers across the transport industry

We welcome applications from candidates with:

• Parts Interpreter experience
• Heavy vehicle, trucking or transport industry experience
• Diesel mechanic or heavy vehicle technician backgrounds
• Agricultural machinery experience
• Automotive parts or service experience
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn

You'll also bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• A positive attitude and team-focused approach
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and a strong work ethic

Desirable but Not Essential

• Previous truck or trailer parts experience
• Stock control or warehousing experience
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience using inventory or parts management systems
