Parts Interpreter

We're currently seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Ipswich, QLD.

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and identifying the right parts solutions to keep vehicles on the road. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Interpret and identify customer parts requirements 

• Provide outstanding service to trade, workshop and fleet customers 

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently 

• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities 

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships 

• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse and branch teams 

• Assist with stock enquiries and inventory availability 

• Contribute to branch sales and customer service targets 

• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction 

To be successful, you will have: 

• Previous Parts Interpreting experience 

• Automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industry knowledge 

• Strong customer service and sales skills 

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Sound computer and administration skills 

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively 

• Current driver's licence 

• Mechanical aptitude or passion for vehicles
