Payroll Officer

This role will be processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll as part of a team, you will be processing end to end payroll with new starters and timesheets, as well as payroll adjustments and answering payroll queries via email.

This business needs a fast paced and dynamic payroller to come in and hit the ground running! not afraid to jump in and get involved in a large payroll.

Skills & Experience:
 

• Experience using ADP payforce is highly desriable!
• Must have Australian payroll experience in a large organisation and high-volume processing
• 3 - 5 years experience in payroll and customer service 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Knowledge and experience in Awards & EBAs
• Weekly end to end payroll for high volume staff numbers!
• FAST PACED PAYROLL processing exposure 
• Setting up starters and terminations
• Annual leave and LSL reconciliations
• Dealing with payroll queries over phone/email
• Experience in New Zealand payroll is a nice-to-have but not essential
• Role duration is until 30th June, with a potential extension (6+ months)
