Position:       Professional Contractor Service Centre (PCSC) Representative (All States)

Sector/Unit: Construction                                              

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager

Location:     Various                                          

Unit/Department Description:

Responsible for providing service excellence to our Sales & Service  teams and Professional Contractors.

Essential Duties:

·         Managing Professional Contractors

o    Phone calls & walk in enquires

o    Service needs

o    Proactive diamond tool & SP&A sales

o    Technical support

·         Adhere to Branch processes & policies

o    Account & Cash transactions

o    Stock management

§  Inventory control

·         Collection, dispatch and deliveries

·         Cycle counts – Weekly & Quarterly

o    Service department

§  Approval of repairs, parts ordering, processing and invoicing

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed year 12 or trade qualifications

• Trade or Customer service experience

• Excellent phone manner with strong verbal and written communications skills and able to clearly articulate relevant information

·         Inventory management

·         Demonstrated technical or mechanical aptitude

• Well-developed planning and organisation skills

• Team focused with experience in a successful and cohesive customer support team and the ability to thrive in a multi-channel matrix organisation

• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office, and the ability to adapt to new systems and software

• Strong desire to learn new products and develop new skills

• Initiative and proactive attitude to problem solving in a busy workplace

• Demonstrated ability to be able to multi-task

• Strong customer orientation

• Approaches challenging tasks with a ‘can-do’ attitude

• Committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace consistent with company policy and individual well being

• Forklift license
