Job Description - Pega Prinicipal Architect

Job Description:

Lead the architecture and design of complex Pega applications and enterprise solutions.

Define scalable, secure, and reusable Pega architecture aligned with business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to Pega development teams.

Review solution designs, application architecture, and code quality.

Drive Pega best practices, performance optimization, and integration standards.

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.

Mentor Senior System Architects and Pega developers.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.

Pega Principal/Senior System Architect certification preferred.

Strong experience in Pega architecture, application design, and enterprise integrations.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, messaging, and external system integrations.

Strong understanding of Pega case management, workflows, security, and performance tuning.

Experience working on large-scale enterprise or banking projects.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
