As a P&C Business Partner in the People & Culture team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing people strategies that drive culture, business performance, and growth. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and managers to coach, advise, and influence, ensuring the organisation is equipped with the right talent and processes for long-term success. This role combines strategic HR leadership with operational support, complex case management, and workforce analytics, offering the opportunity to make a real difference across a diverse, hybrid workforce.

As a P&C Business Partner, you’ll make a positive impact by:

• Partnering with leaders to develop talent strategies and align HR initiatives with business goals.


• Leading change management and transformation initiatives across teams.


• Driving succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.


• Managing complex employee relations and investigations, supporting fair and compliant outcomes.


• Analysing workforce data and trends to inform decisions and preventative interventions.


• Collaborating with People Support Hub and COEs to deliver scalable, effective HR solutions.
