About the Role

In this hands-on People Officer role, you will be at the heart of the People Operations team, supporting key administrative activities. 

Responsibilities

• Support the People team across a broad range of HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle.


• Prepare and maintain employment documents and employee records with accuracy.


• Provide timely and accurate advice on policies, procedures, systems and industrial instruments.


• Prepare reports and analyse data, identify trends and support continuous improvement.


• Support leaders with position descriptions and employment documentation.


• Conduct exit interviews and facilitate presentations.


• Manage visa processes in partnership with migration consultant(s).


• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.


• Contribute to embedding the Macmahon Employee Value Proposition.

What You’ll Bring 

• Degree or formal qualification in HR or related field, or actively undertaking studies in HR.


• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.


• Excellent communication, high attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills.

Role Details 

• Location: Macmahon Head Office – Perth (Near T2)


• Roster: 5:2/Monday to Friday with travel to remote sites as required
