Personal Care Assistant

Migration Square is inviting applications
from suitable Personal Care Assistants interested in home and community -based
care opportunities in Victoria.

This role supports clients and participants
with daily personal care, wellbeing, mobility, and safe living routines while
helping them maintain dignity, comfort, privacy, and independence. Suitable
candidates should be caring, reliable, respectful, and comfortable working in
home and community settings.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Suitable candidates should have:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged
  care, disability care, or a related support setting
  
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or
  equivalent qualification preferred
  
• Experience supporting people with complex or high -care needs is
  highly desirable
  
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain
  one
  
• Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks
  
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle
  
• Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and
  overnight work where required
  
• English language evidence may be required, depending on
  employer and visa requirements
