Job Description - Physiotherapist

At NAPA Centre, we offer world-renowned paediatric therapy services that embrace each child’s differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. Our allied health professionals develop individualised intensive therapy programs with unique combinations of our wide range of speech, physical, occupational and other innovative therapies. Because each intensive program is tailored to a specific child, no two intensives are exactly alike. However, our beautiful customers follow up their intensive program with weekly sessions - so our therapists not only get exposure and diversity but also build relationships and consistency with the kids too!
Before applying, we encourage you to visit our website and learn more about our services, values and culture!

About the Role:
Our books keep growing, so we always need experienced, passionate paediatric physiotherapists to join our state-of-the-art clinic  (no home visits or weekends). At NAPA, we provide our customers with intensive three-week programs. We utilise highly innovative and evidence-based therapy methods & technology from all around the globe, which is supported by a typical weekly physiotherapy session. We use a range of diverse techniques both traditional and non-traditional therapies (all evidence-based), in a multidisciplinary intensive program including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, developmental feeding services, NeuroSuit Therapy, CME/Medek therapy, DMI therapy, Vital Stim and SpiderCage therapy, all under one roof. Our programs are individually tailored to incorporate each child's specific needs.
This position requires you to be a qualified AHPRA registered therapist with an interest and preferably recent experience working with children with neurological disorders.

About NAPA Culture and Benefits:

  • We are a genuinely friendly, supportive and highly experienced multidisciplinary team from all over the globe.

  • We work with diverse, interesting (often rare) and complex caseloads, working with motivated families and fantastic kids.

  • Genuine opportunities for career promotion and career ladder growth.

About the successful Candidate
