About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead our onsite physiotherapy and injury prevention programs, driving health and safety initiatives to create better health outcomes for all industrial athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Injury Management: Assess, treat, and manage injuries proactively to prevent escalation.
2. Risk Screening: Identify and address risks early to prevent injuries.
3. Custom Training: Deliver tailored training and education sessions to empower industrial athletes.
4. Innovative Solutions: Utilise world-class wearable technology to enhance safety and health outcomes.
5. Relationship Building:  Collaborate with shift supervisors and on-site safety leaders to foster a safety-focused workplace culture.
6. Leadership: Participate in injury management and safety meetings, leading by example and guiding your team.

About You

We're seeking a Senior Physiotherapist who:

1. Holds a Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA Registration.
2. Has a minimum of 3 years of musculoskeletal experience (preferred).
3. Brings a proven track record in sports or occupational health teams.
4. Communicates effectively and has a positive, engaging attitude.
5. Is proactive and results-oriented, with a passion for injury prevention and safety.
