Piano Sales Consultant

Australian Piano Warehouse is proudly part of a family-owned business established in 1964 and is one of eleven stores across five states owned by Dale Cleves Music Pty Ltd. We are a leading retailer of both acoustic and digital pianos, offering an extensive range of top-quality brands to our customers.

We are currently looking for a Piano Sales Consultant to join our Adelaide team. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager, receiving one-on-one training and support to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the challenges and expectations of the position. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the finest piano brands in Australia and share your passion for music with our customers.

To be successful in applying for this position, you will need to possess the following:

• Previous sales experience is desirable, particularly in retail or a related field
• A personable and confident approach, with the ability to build relationships with new clients
• The ability to demonstrate both acoustic and digital pianos to customers, showcasing product features and benefits
• A genuine passion for playing the piano and the ability to play and demonstrate instruments to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions
• Neat and professional presentation with excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends
• Mandarin Speaking would be excellent.
