What’s the role?

What do I need?

• Strong hands-on experience administering and supporting Confluent Kafka environments.


• Good working knowledge of Confluent Kafka administration, basic solution architecture and operations.


• Experience supporting Kafka developers through onboarding, solution development, testing and production issue resolution.


• Prior experience with Confluent Cloud is preferred but not essential.


• Experience with Confluent Schema Registry and Avro is highly preferred, as Avro is used extensively.


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to provide practical guidance to delivery teams.
