Practice Nurse

We have practices in Koondoola, Coolbellup, Kwinana, Baldivis, Aubin Grove and Leda that all require passionate, dedicated GP nurses.

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

• A positive attitude
• A strong focus on patient care /CDM
• Childhood Immunisation certificate is a must (and COVID online modules)
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail 
• Flexibility to cover leave

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Chronic disease management, accurate documentation
• EPC for diabetes, asthma & COPD
• ECG, Spiro, assisting doctors with procedures, ear syringing
• childhood immunisations
• general dressing and general practice nursing
• maintenance of e-health
• treatment room stock control
• COVID vaccinations

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience with chronic disease management
• Immunisation Certificate
• Current Drivers Licence
• New grads may be considered for right candidate
