Principal, Organisational Effectiveness

As Principal, Organisational Effectiveness, you'll apply organisational psychology expertise to help IAG better understand the behavioural drivers of culture, engagement, inclusion and performance. Partnering with senior leaders, you'll analyse workforce and culture data, diagnose organisational challenges and provide evidence-based insights that shape enterprise-wide culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence how IAG delivers on its strategic ambitions by uncovering root causes, identifying meaningful interventions and ensuring culture initiatives are grounded in behavioural science. Working alongside culture and measurement specialists, you'll help drive a more effective, inclusive and high-performing organisation. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

What You'll Do 

• Apply organisational psychology principles to diagnose cultural, behavioural and organisational effectiveness challenges across IAG. 


• Analyse organisational and people insights to uncover behavioural drivers, identify root causes and inform evidence-based solutions. 


• Advise senior leaders on behavioural drivers impacting leadership effectiveness, inclusion, culture and organisational performance. 


• Translate complex data and behavioural insights into clear recommendations that inform enterprise decision-making. 


• Provide organisational psychology expertise to support the design of culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives. 


• Partner with culture, inclusion and measurement teams to ensure initiatives are evidence-based and aligned to desired outcomes. 


• Help shape the culture required to support IAG's strategic ambitions and future organisational priorities. 

What You'll Bring 

• Qualifications in Organisational Psychology, with demonstrated experience applying organisational psychology in corporate environments 


• Demonstrated experience using organisational psychology to improve culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness or organisational outcomes 


• Strong capability in behavioural diagnostics, workforce analytics and translating data into practical business insights 


• Experience working with engagement measurement frameworks, culture surveys and employee experience data 


• Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders 


• Strong critical thinking and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity 


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data, insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling way
