We are seeking an experienced and passionate Principal Safety professional to join the Technical HSS team and support the Project HSS function.
In this role, you will provide technical safety expertise, strategic guidance and practical support to drive safety improvement initiatives across the Projects portfolio. Working collaboratively with Project HSS professionals, project leaders and key stakeholders, you will help design, implement and embed sustainable safety improvements that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
You will be a trusted partner who can influence across diverse stakeholder groups, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the successful delivery of change initiatives that strengthen safety performance and organisational capability.
You are a collaborative, action-oriented safety professional who enjoys working with others to achieve tangible outcomes. You are comfortable operating in complex environments, building relationships across multiple levels of the organisation and influencing change through expertise, credibility and engagement.
