Our client is a market leading manufacturing company based in Geelong who are looking for a Procurement Officer on a full-time, permanent basis. They are passionate specialists and experts in their field and are growing their procurement and supply chain team.

Your new role

Procurement Officer

• Create and distribute purchase orders both domestic and internationally
  
• Have a strong relationship with all external and internal stakeholders
  
• Cost negotiation with suppliers
  
• Bi-monthly forecast submission
  
• Supplier KPIs
  
• Ensure on time and correct delivery of products
  
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to come with experience working in a purchasing/procurement environment. A proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and build strong relationships.

Exposure to International Planning and international suppliers is a plus.
