Fetch is how modern pet parents give their pets the best care 🐶🐱. One pink app 🩷 for insurance, health, and care – easy, fair, and kinda fun. We've raised our Series A from Lightspeed and Airtree, customers love us (rated #1 by Choice Magazine), 4.9⭐️ reviews, and we're growing FAST.

We're looking for someone who can take a product idea and just make it. Not a designer who codes or an engineer who designs – someone where that line doesn't exist. You have exceptional taste, you build fast, and you ship things people love using.

• Location: Sydney (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu in-office)

• Compensation: Series A salary + meaningful equity

• Tooling: Cursor, Claude Code, Next.js, React Native, Tailwind – whatever you need to ship fast, no token limits

🚀 What you'll do

• Own features end-to-end – from concept to design to code to production. No handoffs, no waiting

• Build product experiences that feel crafted – interactions, flows, and details that make people go "oh, that's nice"

• Use AI to build at a pace – prototyping, iterating, and shipping daily

• Sweat the details that most people skip – loading states, empty states, error messages, transitions, the things that separate good from great

🏆 What great looks like

In 90 days you'll have shipped multiple features that customers love and the team points to as examples of how we want Fetch to feel. You'll be the person who makes everyone else say "can we make the rest of the app feel like that?"

🧠 What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Exceptional taste. You obsess over how things look and feel. You've built products or features that are genuinely beautiful – show us

• Full-stack builder. You're comfortable across the stack – React/Next.js, React Native, or similar. You don't need a designer to make something look great or an engineer to make it work

• AI-powered speed. You use tools like Claude Code and Cursor to ship at 10x. You've seen what one person with great taste and great tools can produce

• Product instinct. You understand why something should exist before you build it. You talk to users, you question assumptions, you cut scope ruthlessly

Nice-to-haves:

• Mobile experience (React Native or Flutter)

• Motion and interaction design

• Experience shipping consumer products
