About the Role
As the Program Lead – Workforce, you will provide strategic, network-wide leadership across the Grampians Local Health Service Network (GLHSN) to strengthen and sustain the regional health workforce. You’ll lead, coordinate and continually refine workforce initiatives aligned with the GLHSN Workforce Plan, broader system reform priorities and emerging policy directions. By leveraging workforce data, regional insight and strong partnerships, you will drive improvements in recruitment, retention, capability and long-term workforce sustainability.
