Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator no two days will be the same in supporting the team that delivers fibre network upgrades helping bring reliable NBN services to hundreds of thousands of Australians. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, project support, finance, or accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and want to build a strong career in project delivery.

About the Role
Working with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients you will ensure successful project delivery of information, documentation, reporting and project administration activities. Responsibilities include -

• Creating, managing, and monitoring project work tickets


• Coordinating project reporting and database updates


• Support engineers with contract and payment reconciliations


• Maintain project asset and equipment records


• Assisting with Practical Completion documentation and project close out activities


• Monitoring project progress against BoQ and field records


• Preparing and coordinating traffic permits and construction notifications


• Supporting defect management and quality processes

Required Skills and Experience
You will thrive in this role if you are someone who loves organisation, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in getting the details right.

• Experience in admin/project coordination/project accounts or finance support


• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills


• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy


• Outstanding time management and prioritisation skills


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities


• Proactive attitude with the drive to support team success


• Project based admin and/or telecommunications experience highly regarded
