Manage
end -to -end delivery of banking/financial projects
Ensure
compliance with regulatory and security requirements
Apply ITIL
practices (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Coordinate with
business, IT, and banking stakeholders
Monitor SLAs,
KPIs, and service performance
Handle risks,
audits, and issue escalations
Support digital
banking, payments, or core banking initiatives
Drive process
improvements and operational efficiency
