We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major education and training facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. You will ensure the project is delivered in line with key objectives for time, cost, quality, and stakeholder outcomes, while contributing to a high-impact initiative with strong community and long-term benefits.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of project delivery
• Manage consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders
• Oversee procurement and contract administration processes
• Monitor program, milestones, and project performance
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues proactively
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, and reporting practices
• Provide clear, consistent communication on project progress
• Support effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration

• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or capital works projects
• Strong skills in project planning, procurement, and contract management
• Demonstrated experience in risk management and project governance
