WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our exceptional operations team. You’ll partner with strategists, designers, animators and other project managers to plan and run projects. 

You’ll build the project plans, manage the budgets, coordinate the team and ensure everything keeps moving smoothly. In this role you’ll see a lot of variety. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from basic communications campaigns, to complex safety strategies. 

This role is about more than creating gantt charts. It’s about organising and coordinating complex projects that achieve meaningful behaviour change in high risk environments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Project management

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets across a portfolio of projects


• Plan team capacity — forecasting who's working on what, where the pressure points are, where we need to flex


• Brief designers, animators, strategists and production teams so they're clear on what's needed and by when


• Adjust plans when priorities shift, and communicate changes clearly to everyone affected


• Track project health and surface risks before they become surprises


• Handle project admin — filing, versioning, and making sure the work is easily accessed.
  
  

Working with collaborators and the team

• Join collaborator calls to understand project needs and timelines


• Partner with leaders to balance capacity and align on priorities and contribute to projects


• Build trust with collaborators through clear, confident, communication

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience managing projects in change management, internal communications, marketing, design or other service based environments


• Confidence with project management tools (we use Asana)


• Ability to manage budgets and timelines collaboratively 


• Able to have budget conversations with both internal and external stakeholders 


• Great written and verbal communication skills


• A can-do attitude and love of good work, done well


• Bonus points for experience in learning, internal communications, safety, behaviour change, complex B2B environments or work that helps people understand and act on important information
