Property Associate (Appointment Setter)

• Outbound calls to marketing qualified leads from the companies CRM Database
  
• Genuinely understand our customers to identify their interests, needs and motivations to purchase a property
  
• Familiarising yourself with essential details of our projects, products, procedures, policies, and services
  
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services
  
• Provide property advice, knowledge and guidance to consumers to help them navigate the Australian property market
  
• Scheduling consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Consultant
  
• Keeping a detailed log of calls and notes in our CRM
  

Requirements

• Passionate about the Australian Property market
  
• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
  
• Top -notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent phone etiquette
  
• A professional and courteous disposition
  
• Persuasive and results -oriented
