Detailed Job Description

• Designing, developing and
  maintaining member correspondence using HBF’s correspondence management
  system
  
• Translating business
  requirements into effective correspondence solutions
  
• Building and updating
  correspondence templates, layouts and business rules
  
• Supporting projects,
  enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the correspondence platform
  
• Monitoring, investigating and
  resolving production issues within agreed service levels
  
• Preparing test plans, executing
  testing and managing defects through to resolution
  
• Maintaining documentation and
  ensuring governance standards and best practices are followed
  
• Collaborating with internal
  stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors
  
• Contributing
  to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member and user
  experience
