Qualified OSHC Coordinator

Kids Hub Training & Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator to manage our two services.

As the OSHC Coordinator, you'll lead our dedicated team in providing high-quality care and educational programs for children aged 3-12 years. You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our OSHC, bush kindy  and Vacation Care programs, ensuring compliance with national regulations and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Support the team to develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational programs based on the My Time, Our Place framework

- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and child safety regulations

- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and learning experiences

- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the school community

- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, enrolment, and reporting

We're looking for someone who:

- Has extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Child Protection legislation

- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

- Is passionate about creating stimulating learning environments for children

- Has experience in staff management and professional development

- Is committed to continuous improvement and best practices in school-aged care

As our Coordinator you will ensure that parents and children are all welcomed into the service and that the environment is inclusive for all who are part of the Kids Hub community.

** Option to be our bush kindy teacher 9 hrs per week included in role, hours can be flexible  to suit right candidate. 

** Remuneration is open to negotiation according to level of Quals and experience.
