About the Contract

Ventia has secured the Victorian Road Maintenance Contracts for the Grampians and Eastern Metropolitan regions. Commencing 1 July 2026, Ventia will deliver comprehensive road maintenance, emergency response and minor capital works, reinforcing its role as a long‑term partner supporting safe and reliable road networks across Victoria.

Ventia’s Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experienced Quality Advisor to join the team.

The Quality Advisor supports quality assurance and continuous improvement across maintenance and works delivery. The role focuses on monitoring compliance, supporting audits and promoting consistent standards across service delivery activities.

This role suits a detail‑focused professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams in an infrastructure environment.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of our Dandenong office.

Role responsibilities:

• Support implementation of quality management systems


• Conduct audits and assurance activities


• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

 
About You

To be successful in your application, you will have:

• Experience in quality roles within infrastructure environments


• Supervisory experience in either Road Maintenance, Operations or Construction field.


• White Card and driver’s licence.


• Good understanding of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems


• Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel
