  • Lead month-end processes including forecasting, accruals, spent-hours tracking and cost-to-complete (first-principles/earned value as required).

  • Prepare timely internal/external cost reports with analysis and commentary for the project team and senior management.

About you?

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong commercial capability, a high attention to detail, and the confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across projects and tenders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.

  • 5+ years’ experience in QS/estimating and/or project management (delivery and/or pre-contracts).
