Quarry Supervisor – Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry
 

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quarry Supervisor to join our team at the Axedale Sand & Gravel Quarry, located just 20 minutes east of Bendigo, Victoria.

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this is a hands-on, multi-faceted leadership role focused on supervising daily quarry operations with an emphasis on production efficiency, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily quarry production activities, ensuring optimal performance and output.

• Plan and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities across the site.

• Lead and develop team members to drive performance and achieve operational goals.

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, proactively managing high-risk activities and ensuring compliance with company and legislative requirements.
