Reach Stacker Operator – Join Our Team at Fremantle Freight & Storage

What you’ll be doing:

• Safely and efficiently operate heavy-lifting reach stackers to move full and empty containers
• Position containers accurately for delivery and storage in the yard
• Safely manoeuvre reach stackers through busy container yards, adhering to all safety standards
• Show a strong commitment to safety, following company policies and procedures
• Work independently, executing tasks with efficiency and attention to detail

What we’re looking for:

• A valid High-Risk (HR) Licence
• A valid Reach Stacker Licence (CN/RS)
• Prior experience operating a 45-tonne Reach Stacker
• Demonstrated experience in container handling and stacking
• Ability to work efficiently and remain productive in a high-speed environment
• Strong ability to work independently, managing tasks without direct supervision
• Capability to identify and communicate bottlenecks in operations

^Sign on Bonus - Terms & Conditions

• The sign-on bonus is available only to drivers who apply from 06 December 2024 and subsequently commence.
• The total bonus amount of $1,500.00 will be payable to drivers who commence and complete three (3) months of continuous work.
• Candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment checks (Medical & Background) as part of FFS’s recruitment process
• The company reserves the right to remove or amend this bonus scheme.
