Real Estate/Property Manager (For Active Pooling)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire leasing process, from prospecting to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements.


• Handle tenant relations, including addressing maintenance requests, resolving concerns and complaints, and enforcing lease terms.


• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.


• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and property management regulations.


• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction.


• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports related to property management.


• Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the company professionally.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field is preferred.


• A Real Estate license is preferred.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management.


• Strong understanding of real estate, property management, and leasing principles.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software (e.g., Avail, Buildium).
