About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join the team at LJ Hooker South West Rocks. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the real estate agency. The office is located in the beautiful coastal town of South West Rocks, NSW 2431.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming clients in a polite and courteous manner
• Handling all incoming phone calls and messages efficiently
• Scheduling and managing appointments and meetings
• Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and general office duties
• Assisting the real estate agents with various tasks as required
• Maintaining a professional and organised office environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, ideally within the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and juggle competing demands
• Proficient in using standard office software and technology
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
