Receptionist - Maven Dental Southport

Maven Dental Southport is seeking a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors.

As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be at the heart of the practice, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with our clinicians and support team to provide a seamless experience for patients from their first phone call through to their appointments and ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment
• Managing appointment bookings and diary coordination
• Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Managing health fund claims and administrative tasks
• Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day practice operations
• Ensuring the reception area remains professional and organised

We're looking for someone who is:

• Dental Experience, preferred
• Experience working on Oasis, a bonus
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
