Receptionist - Temp Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist for a short-term role in Bowen Hills. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.

Pay: $38 Per Hour

Dates Required:

• Friday, 20th December (Half Day - Handover)
• Monday, 23rd December
• Tuesday , 24th December
• Wednesday, 8th January
• Thursday, 9th January
• Friday, 10th January
• Friday 24th January

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle mail and courier deliveries
• Assist with general office administration tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
