Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Blue Collar team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support our hiring needs. You will work closely with our recruitment team to identify and engage with potential candidates and support them through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
  




• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform reference checks
  




• Verify all candidate documentation prior to placement eg ID and VEVO checks
  




• Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking systems
  




• Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives
  




• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
  




• Conducting onsite inductions and client visits as required.
  




• Predominantly recruiting for the Blue Collar sector in warehouse and manufacturing industies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role
  




• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  




• Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies and tools
  




• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  




• Strong organisational and time-management skills
  




• Own transport and current drivers licence 
  




• Flexibility with working hours during peak periods
  




• You must be self motivated and deadline driven
