Regional Manager – South-East Asia & Oceania
We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on Regional Manager to lead Carlsberg Export & License’s business across South-East Asia & Oceania, including key markets such as Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
The role holds full P&L responsibility for this key Export & License region, driving sustainable growth across Beer, Cider, and Non-Alcoholic beverages including Energy Drinks – across segments, brands, markets, and channels ranging from established leadership positions to challenger and all-new growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, strengthening partnerships, and designing future-fit Route-to-Market, sourcing, and commercial execution models that accelerate profitable growth.
At the same time, you will play a critical role in building strong brands and leading On-Trade development as a key driver of brand equity, visibility, and premium positioning, alongside delivering volume, market share, and profitability.
