Registered Nurse Aged Care

Migration Square is inviting applications
from suitable Registered Nurses interested in an employment -linked aged
care opportunity in Western Australia.

This role is suited to a Registered Nurse
with aged care or gerontological nursing experience who can provide safe,
person -centred clinical care to residents in a residential aged care
environment. The successful candidate will support care planning, clinical
assessments, medication -related processes, resident safety, documentation, and
collaboration with clinical and care teams.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner
  Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse — Division 1.
  
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  
• Preferred: approximately 3 years of experience in gerontological
  nursing.
  
• Desirable: working towards a postgraduate qualification in
  gerontological nursing.
  
• Strong English communication skills.
  
• Ability to work professionally within a residential aged care
  environment.
  
• Ability to work as part of a clinical and multidisciplinary
  care team.
  
• Willingness to work across a rotating 7 -day roster where
  required.
  
• Willingness to complete required pre -employment checks and
  compliance requirements before commencement.
